John Leary

John Leary is the co-founder and General Counsel of X-Bow Launch Systems, an early-stage aerospace company based in San Diego. They are a California-qualified attorney with over 25 years of international experience, primarily focusing on M&A and finance. Previously, John served as a partner at White & Case in Shanghai, managing significant cross-border transactions and representing various companies in crucial market strategies. Additionally, John has taught law courses at prestigious institutions, including New York University and UC Hastings. John holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and a JD from UC Hastings.
