Shae Varljen

Shae Varljen is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer at X-Bow Systems Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shae held various positions including Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer at Astra from April 2021 to November 2022, and Senior Quality Engineer at Penumbra, Inc. from November 2019 to December 2020. Shae's career also includes significant experience at Viasat Inc. as Quality Engineering Supervisor and Product Quality Engineer between August 2015 and October 2019, along with earlier roles at GE Power & Water as a Project Sourcing Intern and Lean Leader Intern. Shae earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, completing the program in 2015.
