Gregg Delany

Gregg Delany is an experienced finance professional with a focus on commercial real estate investment and education. Currently, Gregg serves as Executive Managing Director at X-Caliber Capital, overseeing innovative project-based financing solutions. With over a decade of teaching, Gregg holds adjunct professor positions at New York University and Fordham University, instructing on capital markets and finance within Master of Science programs. Previous roles include Managing Director at Eyzenberg & Company and The Greenwich Group International, as well as Executive Director at MC Five Mile Commercial Mortgage Finance LLC. Gregg's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Taxation from New York University, complemented by a B.A. in History and Physics from Colgate University.
