Lauren Tisdale is a seasoned legal and finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare lending and legal counsel. Currently serving as Managing Director of Healthcare Lending at X-Caliber since April 2020, Lauren has held multiple senior roles, including EVP and General Counsel. Previous positions include Member at Chief, Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at Congressional Bank, and Executive Vice President at Capital Lending and Mortgage Group, LLC. Lauren’s legal background is further supported by roles as Senior Counsel at several Capital Funding entities and as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. Educational credentials include a JD with a Certificate in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
