Jennifer Conley has over 30 years of work experience in business development and account management roles in the healthcare and biotechnology industries.

Prior to that, they worked at ICON plc as the Senior Director of Business Development Early Phase from October 2019 to June 2021.

From November 2017 to October 2019, Jennifer was in a business development role at PPD where they focused on small to mid-size West Coast biotech companies supporting Phase I-IV trials, particularly in chronic ambulatory indications.

jennifer also held positions at INC Research as the Director of Business Development from May 2017 to July 2017, WuXi AppTec as a Senior Key Account Manager from August 2015 to January 2017, and Bioreliance as an Account Manager from January 2011 to April 2015.

Additionally, Jennifer has experience in business development at Evotec Technologies from September 2006 to May 2008 and account management at Covance from July 2002 to June 2006.

jennifer'scareer began at Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe) where they worked as an Account Executive from March 1990 to May 2000, successfully marketing diagnostic equipment and DNA genetic reagents. During their tenure, they significantly increased sales and market share on the West Coast and negotiated agreements with major clients generating millions in new business.

Jennifer Conley completed a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1985.
