Viktoria Fabos

Viktoria Fabos has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, beginning in 2007 as a Summer Intern at DSM Research in Geleen, the Netherlands. Viktoria then went on to work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Sydney, where they focused on investigations of cascading reaction systems and hydrogenations of aldehydes and ketones. Viktoria'sresearch also involved studying the catalytic role of a stainless steel autoclave in reduction reactions. In 2012, they joined Cardiff University as a Postdoctoral Research Associate.

In 2013, Fabos transitioned to industry and joined ComInnex Inc., initially working as a Chemist before being promoted to Project Leader and then Project Coordinator. In 2017, they were appointed as the Director of Chemistry, a position they held until November 2021.

Most recently, Fabos has joined X-Chem, Inc. as the Senior Director of Chemistry in November 2021. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable experience in leading research projects, coordinating teams, and contributing to scientific advancements in the field of chemistry.

Viktoria Fabos completed their education at Eötvös Loránd University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from 2000 to 2006. Subsequently, they went on to pursue further studies at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organic Chemistry from 2006 to 2009.
