David Kim

David Kim is a seasoned professional in commercial leasing and property management, currently serving as the Commercial Leasing & Property Manager at X Commercial since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Workplace Manager and Assistant Workplace Manager at Colliers from June 2018 to June 2021, as well as positions as MAC Facilities & Project Coordinator and Property Services Coordinator at JLL between October 2015 and June 2018. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Property) from Western Sydney University, completed between 2007 and 2009, and graduated from Epping Boys High School in 2003.
