Michael Mannix is a seasoned commercial sales, development, and advisory consultant who founded MJM Property Group in the mid-1990s. With extensive experience in providing personalized advisory services across commercial, industrial, and residential property sectors, they have worked with notable clients including ISPT, Toyota, and Nissan. Currently serving as the Head of Valuation & Advisory at X Commercial, Mannix continues to expand their firm’s capabilities, offering services like rental review valuations and asset management. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Transport for NSW and advisory positions on major projects such as EnergyConnect. Michael holds an Associate Diploma in Real Estate from the University of Technology, Sydney.
