Grzegorz Chmielak

Grzegorz Chmielak is a seasoned professional in the real estate valuation and advisory sector, currently serving as the Head of Valuation & Advisory and Capital Markets at AXI IMMO Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Grzegorz held significant positions at Knight Frank from May 2011 to May 2022, including Partner and Head of CEE Valuation & Advisory Department. Grzegorz also served as Director at WestImmo from September 2009 to April 2011, and held various directorships at Bank Pekao and Bank BPH between 2004 and 2009. Early in the career, Grzegorz worked at HypoVereinsbank and gained experience as a Property Valuer at Couderq & Kubas, alongside project management roles at Geodan, Claritas. Grzegorz was also a member of the Polskie Stowarzyszenie Doradców Rynku Nieruchomości from 2005 to 2010.
