Sophie le Guyadec

Sophie Le Guyadec has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sophie is currently serving as the VP of Procurement at X-FAB since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Europcar Mobility Group as the Group Sourcing & Procurement Director from 2016 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for defining and implementing a three-year plan to enhance maturity and mitigate suppliers' risks. Sophie also deployed a Purchase to Pay tool through European affiliates and led the S&P community.

Before joining Europcar, Sophie worked as a Purchasing Manager at Europcar from 2014 to 2016. Sophie also has experience working at RGP as a Manager from 2006 to 2013, where they gained 15 years of purchasing and supply chain expertise across various industries. Sophie started their career as the Owner and Director of SAGO SARL from 2004 to 2006.

Sophie began their professional journey at Alcatel in 1998, serving in multiple roles including Project Leader, Deputy Director of Procurement & Sourcing, and ITS Branch Manager. Sophie Le Guyadec's experience includes functions such as operational and strategic management, QS implementation, tendering, contracting, negotiations, supply chain processes, production management, change management, and communication.

Sophie Le Guyadec obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics with a specialization in Solid State Physics from Nantes Université in 1996-1997. Sophie then pursued a Master's degree in International Management from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, in 2011-2012, they received a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification from Ecole Centrale Paris.
