Chris Wanitshka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruiting industry, currently serving as Founder and CEO of X-Force since July 2019, focusing on delivering customized talent solutions in specialized sectors. With a strong background in business development, Chris previously held positions as Director of Business Development at Tech USA and SimSTAFF Technical Services, emphasizing client relationships and strategic growth. Additionally, as Senior Vice President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Army Aviation Association of America, Chris plays a pivotal role in guiding organizational activities and representing membership interests. Chris holds an MBA in Management and Finance and a BA in Political Science from Stetson University, along with an AA in Political Science and Government from The College of Central Florida.
