Nicole Berens has over 20 years of experience in the professional world. Nicole began their career in 1997 at Iron Mountain as a Customer Service Librarian. In 2004, they moved to Progressive Business Publications as a Conference Reservation Administrator, where they produced and executed live monthly audio conferences for administrative professionals. In 2006, they became a Sales and Marketing Representative at Idea Integration. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Imaging Sciences International as a Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for budgeting, planning, and coordinating an annual meeting for 150-200 dentists on Cone Beam technology. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at CurveBeam. In 2021, they joined Optum as an IG Care Specialist- Immunology and is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at X-Nav Technologies, LLC since 2022.

Nicole Berens attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
