Tara Durham

Tara Durham is an experienced Academy Trainer at X-on Health, specializing in educational technology and training since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tara held various positions at Shipley College from January 2004 to January 2025, including Learning Resource Centre Manager (EdTech), Advanced Practitioner - Digital, Digital Inclusion Manager, and e-Learning Manager. In these roles, Tara was instrumental in managing and advancing eLearning initiatives, migrating learning materials, and enhancing digital literacy among staff. Tara's background also includes technical writing for Lever Ponds, where proficiency in creating training manuals for specialized software was developed. Tara holds a BA Hons in Industrial Textiles from Heriot-Watt University and a strong academic foundation with 4 A Levels and 8 GCSEs from Brighouse High School.
