Hanspeter Simmer

Hanspeter Simmer is currently the HR Director for Europe and Global Talent Management at X-Rite, a Veralto company, where they have been leading HR initiatives since 2020. Previously, they served as HR Director for Europe at X-Rite from 2006 to 2020 and held HR Manager positions at Ricoh Schweiz AG and Gretag-Macbeth GmbH Regensdorf between 1999 and 2006. Hanspeter has an extensive educational background, including a Master's in Human Resources from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's in Hospitality Administration from Hotelfachschule Thun. Additionally, they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Self Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2021.
