Pierce Cashin

Pierce Cashin is a Composite Design Engineer currently employed at X Shore since May 2023. With a strong background in engineering, Pierce held positions such as Project Engineer at Composite Resources, Inc. from November 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing project schedules and budgets while developing testing procedures. Previous experience includes roles as Composite Design Engineer at Fibreworks Composites LLC, Structural Assembly Engineer, System & Component Design Engineer, and Composite Manufacturing Engineer at Scaled Composites, LLC, where Pierce contributed to innovative design and repair methods for composite structures. Pierce began the engineering career as a Structural Engineer I at Electric Boat and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Halmstad University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Clarkson University.
