Niels Thomas Agner Hansen has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Niels Thomas Agner is currently the CEO and Partner at X-SOLAR SYSTEMS, a company focused on creating solar energy systems for the developing world. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor for Ocean Ventures Alliance at Rainmaking Transport.

From 2017 to 2020, Hansen served as the CEO and Partner at NTG OCEAN, where they held various roles including Board Member, Chairman of the Board, and Partner. Niels Thomas Agner was responsible for the growth and development of the company's international operations.

In addition to their formal education, Niels Thomas Agner Hansen also obtained certifications in the field of Lean/Six Sigma, including a Black Belt certification from Maersk Line / PMI Int. in 2010 and a Green Belt certification from the same institution in 2009.
