Tom Stinson

Tom Stinson is an experienced professional in people and culture with a tenure as VP of People & Culture at X-Team since November 2024 and previously at XWP from December 2018 to November 2024. Tom's career at XWP included various roles such as Director of Community Experience and Culture, Community & Culture Lead, People & Culture Coordinator, Team Lead, and Team Lead Intern. Prior to XWP, Tom Stinson worked as an Account Manager at Number 11 and served as Associate Pastor at St Peter's Brighton. Early in the career, Tom Stinson also held an internship at Number 11. Tom Stinson pursued education at Leadership College London from 2017 to 2018 and earned a Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology from Unity College. Tom Stinson completed education at Suncoast Christian College from 1998 to 2007.
