Aj Thomas

AJ Thomas is an accomplished executive and advisor with extensive experience in talent management, innovation, and leadership development across various industries. Currently serving as CXO in Residence at A.Team, AJ is a member of the inaugural CXO Network. At X, the moonshot factory, AJ has held multiple leadership roles, including Global Head of Talent Experience and Advisor to the Women of X leadership group. AJ also advises several organizations, including SemperVirens Venture Capital, Magic Eden, and Coreshell Technologies, focusing on growth strategies and people culture. Additionally, AJ serves as a faculty coach at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and has been actively involved in fostering opportunities for women in leadership roles through networks such as Chief.
