Jill Cherrstrom

Jill Cherrstrom is an experienced HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead at Google X, the moonshot factory, where Jill has been instrumental in leading talent acquisition for both technical and non-technical roles since January 2014. Jill's focus on growing, developing, and retaining talent in early-stage projects includes hiring a diverse range of positions, such as software engineers, product managers, and public policy leaders. Prior to this role, Jill held various positions at Google and YouTube, contributing to event planning and recruitment efforts. Jill began a professional journey as a Project Manager and Consultant, showcasing expertise in managing customer accounts and risk management for high-profile clients. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from Santa Clara University.
