Peter Jung

Peter Jung's work experience includes a role as an Associate Commercial/Product Counsel at X, the moonshot factory starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at AdeptLR from 2017 to 2022. Peter also worked as a Technology Transactions Associate at Gunderson Dettmer from March 2019 to October 2021 and as a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2017 to February 2019. Earlier in their career, Peter served as an Algebra 1 and Geometry Teacher at KIPP San Jose Collegiate from July 2013 to June 2014 and as a Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching from July 2012 to May 2013. Peter began their career in education as a Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 Teacher with Teach for America, where they pioneered the eighth-grade Algebra 1 program and achieved significant gains in closing the achievement gap between Hazlehurst students and Mississippi's highest-performing middle school.

Peter Jung completed their education with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2014 to 2017. Peter also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Claremont McKenna College, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Peter has an additional certification, The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US), from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
