Ravi Jain

Ravi Jain currently serves as the Head of Product and Technology for the Moonshot for the Electric Grid at X, the moonshot factory, since April 2023. Previously, Ravi Jain held the role of Senior Director at Facebook from July 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on next-generation computing in AR/VR and the Metaverse. Prior experience includes serving as VP at Amazon, overseeing Search Science and AI, and the Alexa Machine Learning Platform, as well as CTO at Vulcan Inc., and several influential positions at Google, culminating in leadership roles in mobile search ads and mobile applications. Ravi Jain holds a PhD in Computer Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The City University, London.
