Yu Tanouchi

Yu Tanouchi started their work experience in 2013 as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University. They held this position from September 2013 to March 2017. In March 2017, they joined X, the moonshot factory as a Tech Lead, and they are currently still in this role.

Yu Tanouchi attended Keio University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biosciences and Bioinformatics. They then went on to enroll at Duke University from 2006 to 2007, pursuing a Master's program in Biomedical Engineering. Following this, Yu Tanouchi continued their education at Duke University from 2007 to 2013, completing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering.
