Yael Hanein

Yael Hanein has worked in a variety of positions in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology. In 2019, they became the Founder/Chief Technology Officer of X-trodes. From 2010 to 2019, they were the VP of Scientific Affairs at Nano Retina. From 2003 to 2010, they were a Professor, Director of the Tel Aviv University Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Co-Director of the MNCF, Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at Tel Aviv University. From 2000 to 2003, they were a Research Associate at the University of Washington.

Yael Hanein received their BSc in Physics from Tel Aviv University between 1990 and 1993. Yael then went on to earn their MSc in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science between 1993 and 1995. Yael completed their education at the Weizmann Institute of Science with a Ph.D. in Physics between 1996 and 1999.
