Bouwe Bekking

Bouwe Bekking is a seasoned sailing professional with extensive experience in competitive sailing. Currently serving in an advisory role at X-Yachts since April 2021, Bekking previously held positions as Skipper for various teams, including TeamBrunel from January 2014 to June 2018 and Telefonica from January 2008 to June 2009. Notably, Bekking was a tactician and team coach for Lionheart J Class from June 2012 to June 2017, achieving significant victories such as the America's Cup for J's in Bermuda and the World Championship in Newport.
