Sven Strache

Sven Strache began their career in 2008 as an Intern at Flintec Transducers (Pvt) Ltd. In 2009, they joined MAN Ferrostaal AG as an Intern. In 2010, they were a Diploma Candidate at Ferrostaal AG. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo in various roles, including Project Manager R&D and Project Manager Sales. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Applications and Sales Engineer at MAN Diesel & Turbo North America Inc. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Revamps - Bids & Execution at MAN Energy Solutions, leading a team of sales and contract managers who provide bid support and project management services to the company's front sales staff worldwide. In 2021, they became the Global Head of Engineering and Product Development at X-ZELL.

Sven Strache obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management from Universität Siegen between 2005 and 2011. In 2008, they attended Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla for Ingeniería mecánica. In 2011, they received the Förderpreis des VDIs für hervorragende Studienabschlüsse from the VDI Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e.V. In 2010, they were awarded the NRW-Stipendium der Universität Siegen from Universität Siegen, as well as the Stipendiat e-fellows.net from e-fellows.net. In 2009, they were granted the Studienförderung der Ferrostaal AG from Ferrostaal GmbH. In 2014, they obtained the Mental Professionell certification from Mental Consult. In 2016, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie Houston. Finally, in 2019, they passed the Prüfung zum Erwerb der Führungslizenz from Volkswagen AG.
