Juanjuan Qi

Juanjuan Qi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and scalable distributed systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Twitter since November 2018, Juanjuan previously held senior engineering roles at Ancestry and Natera. Expertise includes AWS Cloud-based system design, containerized microservices development, and relational and NoSQL database technologies. Additional experience spans from core service design at UniGroup, Inc. to customer support at IBM, as well as lead roles in Java software engineering at Werner Enterprises. Juanjuan holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Nanjing University.
