Kerrin Puente

Kerrin Puente, PhD, currently serves in the role of People Programs, Systems & Analytics at Company X since January 2023. Prior to this, Kerrin held multiple positions at Twitter, including Senior Manager and Head of People Analytics Integration, where responsibility included leading a team focused on enhancing HR programs through various research and measurement initiatives. Experience also includes significant roles at Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) as a Senior Research Scientist and Assessment Lead, focusing on the development and validation of talent management assessments, and previous positions at The Home Depot, UPS, and other organizations, contributing to large-scale human capital projects and employee engagement initiatives. Kerrin holds a PhD and a Master of Arts from The University of Georgia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.
