Adefemi Taiwo

Adefemi Taiwo, ACIM, is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in customer attraction and retention, currently serving as Head, Customer Attraction and Retention at Meristem Nigeria since August 2020. Adefemi has a long-standing role at X3M Ideas, starting as a Copy Manager in August 2012 and advancing to Group Head and Team Lead in the creative department. Prior experiences include Deputy Manager positions at SO&U and STB-McCANN, as well as a tenure as a Copywriter at Insight Publicis. Adefemi holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations and Advertising) from Lagos State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the same institution.
