Richard Mgbeokwii

Richard Mgbeokwii is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as Creative Lead at X3M Ideas since February 2023, Richard has previously held key positions such as Manager, Art, and Senior Art Director (Deputy Manager). Prior to X3M Ideas, Richard worked as a Creative Designer at Hebit from September 2022 to March 2023, and as Art Director (Line Manager) at Adeptus Advertising from February 2020 to January 2023. Richard's early career includes a role as Creative Designer at Deepoceanconsults from November 2018 to December 2019. Richard is also pursuing education at Yaba College of Technology in Yaba, Lagos, since January 2022.
