Denis Shatov

Denis Shatov is a Senior Software Engineer at X5 Retail Group since August 2021, with prior experience as a Cloud Services Developer at Ivideon, specializing in cloud backend development based on microservice architecture. Previously, Denis worked as a Backend Developer at dvhb, focusing on developing asynchronous backend services using Python and aiohttp. Earlier roles include a Python Developer at Privatebox LP, where architecture for P2P file exchange and a signaling server was developed, as well as a Software Developer at JSC Iskra R&D, responsible for a web application for an antenna controller. Denis has also served as a Communications Engineer and in various engineering roles, including as a PhD student at the Kirensky Institute of Physics. Denis holds a degree in Radiophysics and Electronics from Altai State University.
