Anthony Lee-Masis

Anthony Lee-Masis is the VP of Production Operations and Security at Xactly. Anthony has over fifteen years of experience in the field and has been with Xactly for six months. Prior to Xactly, Anthony was the Sr. Director of Technical Operations and Security at MobiTV from June 2008 to September 2014.

At MobiTV, Anthony was responsible for the management and deployment of the company's services in North America and Europe. Anthony oversaw all vendor and partner relationships and had responsibility for the entire Technical Operations budget. Anthony also designed, built and operated a 24x7 hybrid cloud based managed service that streamed on demand and live events while maintaining 99.999% uptime.

Anthony's organizational responsibilities included Network Operations, Systems & Production Operations, Development Operations, Professional Services, NOC, Customer Support, Security and Operations PMO. Anthony was also responsible for the Operations budget and worked very closely with Finance for all departmental budget planning and forecasting and cost management.

Under Anthony's leadership, the team at MobiTV achieved many successes, including expanding and scaling the managed service solution, MPAA certification for their data center and managed service platform, and executing a large scale technical refresh and virtualization project that significantly reduced operating costs by 50%.

Anthony Lee-Masis has a field in Executive Education from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Anthony also has certifications from (ISC)² in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and UC Berkeley Executive Education in Negotiation & Influence. In addition, they have a certification from UC Berkeley Executive Education in Financial Data Analysis for Leaders Program (Online) and High Impact Leadership.

Anthony Lee-Masis reports to Christopher W. Cabrera, Founder & CEO. Anthony Lee-Masis works with Laura Mccluer - VP, Global Alliances, Johann Wrede - Chief Marketing Officer, and Megan Ackerson - Chief Human Resource Officer.
