Troy Van Hoveln is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of professional services and product management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Professional Services Sales at Xactly Corp since April 2008, Troy provides expert guidance to enhance user adoption and develop effective business solutions using Xactly Incent. Previously, Troy held multiple roles at Incentive Technology Corp, including Solutions Architect and Project Manager, and contributed as Product Manager overseeing product release cycles and customer training. At Centive, Troy was instrumental in creating a go-to-market strategy for a major product release. Troy began a career in consulting at Arthur Andersen, LLC, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
