Alun Jones

Alun Jones is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and technical training across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Solutions Engineer/Architect at Xage Security since September 2025, Alun supports sales and customer engagement in Europe. Since September 2022, Alun has also been a Volunteer Team Leader at Ukrainian Action, facilitating the delivery of vehicles to support local charities in Ukraine. Prior roles include Senior Sales Engineer at Illumio, with a focus on partner recruitment in the EU-South and DACH regions, and Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, where responsibilities involved customer engagement and partner enablement in various EMEA regions. Alun's career also encompasses roles at CyberArk, EZW Limited, Flexera Software, and Intel Corporation, highlighting a strong background in training and technical consultancy within the cybersecurity and software sectors. Alun holds a Master of Science degree in Network-Centred Computing from the University of Reading.
