Hong Tran has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2014 as the Co-founder and President of The Jailbreak, where they redesigned the organizational chart and vision for a 25-person team. They also implemented strategies that led to significant growth in sponsorship, participants, and funds raised. In 2017, Hong Tran started working as a Strategic Planner at Hakuhodo Inc., where they led research and developed insights for key clients, initiated training programs, and supervised junior staff. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Management Intern at 6AM Health, applying Lean manufacturing principles and designing intuitive visualized recipes. They also worked as a Code Coach at theCoderSchool Fremont, instructing students in programming fundamentals and providing assistance with debugging and problem-solving. Furthermore, Hong Tran worked as a JavaScript Instructor at TechLX and a Software Engineer at Zofuku, Inc. In 2020, they joined AMP Creative as a Programmer, where they implemented designs, coached a junior developer, and refactored code. In 2022, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Savas Labs before joining Xage Security as a Software Engineer.
Hong Tran completed a Master's degree in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, Hong studied Full Stack Web Development at BloomTech. In 2018 to 2019, Hong attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and earned a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
