Tony Bontempo

Tony Bontempo is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Area Director of Enterprise Sales at xAI since October 2025, Tony leads the Central US Go-To-Market team, promoting AI solutions globally and building high-performing sales teams. Prior to this role, Tony held various positions at HashiCorp from December 2018 to October 2025, culminating as Area Vice President of Sales, where responsibilities included managing the Majors Accounts Segment and overseeing sales across the Central US. Earlier career experiences include serving as Regional Sales Manager at Tintri and Large Enterprise Account Manager at Symantec, where Tony focused on enterprise account management and sales.
