Frank Skavland

Frank Skavland has a diverse work experience in finance and banking. Frank is currently serving as the CFO at Xait since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance from October 2014 to December 2019. Before joining EY, Frank worked at Danske Bank where they held the position of Associate in Corporate Finance from February 2008 to September 2014. At Danske Bank, they gained expertise in M&A and capital markets, due diligence and business analysis, valuation and accounting, project management, and had sector knowledge in general industry, oil service, and consumer goods. Frank also had a Summer Internship at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank in 2006 and served as a Sergeant in the Norwegian Armed Forces from July 2001 to June 2002.

Frank Skavland completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2005 to 2007, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where they earned a Master's degree in Financial Economics. Prior to that, they studied at BI Norwegian Business School from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration. In 2000 and 2001, they attended Luftforsvarets Befalsskole i Stavern, where they received a degree as a Corporal in Military Police.
