Pedro Bernardini has a varied work history in the field of business development and sales. Pedro most recently worked at Xait, where they held multiple roles including Junior Business Development Manager & Sales Development Lead and Junior Business Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Norges Fotballforbund as a Futsalveileder/Futsal Development Officer.
Pedro also gained experience at PROPLAYER Group as a Business Development Manager & Programme Mediator, where they focused on developing futsal globally in partnership with various organizations.
Additionally, they worked as a Regional Recruitment Manager at UCFB and as a UK Business Development Manager at Innova Capture UK, specializing in revenue generation for football clubs.
Pedro also founded The Daily Futsal, a platform aimed at promoting and developing futsal in the UK.

Pedro Bernardini completed their Master's degree in Sport Management (Msc) from UCFB in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Sport Science (Management of Sports Development) from Brunel University London from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Pedro obtained a certification in "The Traits of Successful Salespeople" from LinkedIn in November 2022.
