Dave McGrail

Dave McGrail has extensive experience in business consultancy and technical solutions, currently serving as the Head of Business Consultancy at Xalient since January 2017. In this role, Dave leads transformation consulting services with a focus on Zero Trust approaches to WAN, security, and identity transformation. Previously, Dave held positions including Principal Consultant at Xalient, where responsibilities included formulating digital transformation strategies and business case development. Prior experience encompasses roles as Technical Design Authority at JT Group Limited, Project Engineer at Worldstone, and various positions at CPP Group PLC, contributing to the design and implementation of telecommunication solutions. Dave is a member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology and holds a degree from the University of York.
