From March 2013 to November 2016, David worked as Special Projects Manager for Global Security at Redline Assured Security, focusing on the design and implementation of infrastructure legislation for UK Commonwealth IGOs and foreign governments, facilitating capacity development projects. David's career began in the UK Ministry of Defence from April 2004 to March 2013, where service included roles as Team Leader in Specialist Duties and as a Royal Marines Commando. David holds a degree in JNCO, specializing in Defence and UK/Global Counter Terrorism.
