Will Lakoff

Will Lakoff has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Will began their career as a Program Manager at Tracor Systems Technologies, where they managed various task areas related to U.S. Navy Undersea Warfare contracts. After this, they worked at MCI in several positions, including Manager of Customer Billing and later as a Senior Staff Specialist/Project Manager for Business Markets. In these roles, they provided domain expertise, handled release coordination, and supported all phases of the software development life cycle.

Lakoff then moved on to AOL, where they served as a Senior IT Project Manager for the Identity Services and Host Connectivity organizations. Will managed infrastructure projects, implemented a Project Intake process, and developed reporting systems.

Will also worked at Xalles Limited and Xalles Ltd., where they held positions as an IT Consultant - Project/Product Manager and Product/Project Manager respectively. In these roles, they provided consulting and project management services, developed business requirements, and oversaw software development and release.

Most recently, Lakoff worked as a Senior Project Manager at Kforce @ PNC, where they led the transition and upgrade of a legacy mortgage audit application. Throughout their career, Lakoff has consistently demonstrated strong project management, business analysis, and leadership skills.

Will Lakoff attended Culver Military Academy from 1972 to 1974. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University from 1986 to 1989.
