Cheryl Sayer is a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in engineering and technology. Cheryl is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Xaloy LLC since January 2023. Prior to that, Cheryl was an Advisory Board Member in Plastics Engineering at UMass Lowell Engineering Technology, starting in September 2016. Cheryl also held the positions of Director of Engineering at Mold-Masters Limited from January 2019 to January 2023, and Director of Engineering at Milacron from March 2014 to January 2019. Cheryl has also worked as the Director of Engineering, R&D and Production at Kortec, Inc from September 2012 to March 2014. Before that, they were the R&D Product Development Manager at Pall Life Sciences from August 2008 to September 2012. Cheryl started their career at TRW as a Program Manager/Technical Advisor in 1999, and they remained with the company till 2008.
