Aakash Patel

Aakash Patel is an experienced Battery Systems Engineer I at Freudenberg e-Power Systems, focused on developing compliance standards for battery systems. Previous roles include Co-op and Summer Intern positions, where Aakash analyzed industry standards and developed integration materials for various markets. Aakash has also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research, working on piston coating research and fuel systems. Leadership experience includes mentoring and leading teams at Eclipse Racing in manufacturing a Formula Student Vehicle, along with co-founding Nirmaan Hyperloop. Aakash holds a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
