Amanda Flynn

Amanda Flynn (Scherer) has a diverse work experience in quality engineering roles. Amanda began their career in 2008 as a Chemical Engineer at Dow Corning, where they later transitioned to the role of Quality Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for managing customer quality notifications and leading root cause investigation projects. Amanda later joined Dura Automotive Systems LLC in 2016 as a Quality Engineer. Amanda then moved to XALT Energy in 2017, starting as a Quality Engineer and progressing to the role of Senior Quality Engineer. Currently, Amanda holds the position of Director Of Quality at XALT Energy.

Amanda Flynn (Scherer) earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University from 2004 to 2008. Amanda also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2014.
