Joshua Anzicek

Joshua Anzicek has a diverse work experience, with a focus on battery systems and engineering. Joshua began their career at Cobasys, starting as a Systems Engineer in 1998 and eventually transitioning to a Senior Systems Engineer and then an Engineering Manager until 2009. Following this, they joined Bosch as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for various aspects of battery system deliverables, including managing a team of engineers, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting manufacturing and customers. In 2015, they switched to XALT Energy and held the role of Director in Electronics and Software Engineering, where they managed a cross-functional team in developing electrical and control aspects of large-scale battery systems, ensuring compliance with industry and safety requirements. Joshua also became a certified Functional Safety Automotive Engineer during their time at XALT Energy. In 2018, Joshua Anzicek assumed the role of VP of Battery Management Systems and Controls at XALT Energy.
