Ajay Batheja

Ajay Batheja is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Xalted. He has over two decades of extensive international experience in business strategy, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, sales & marketing and operations management within the security and telecommunications sector.

Ajay and his team are focused on transforming the experience and economics of Analytics and Data Mining for customers through an ecosystem of innovation built on powerful, integrated software platforms.

Under his leadership, Xalted has achieved record revenues while delivering breakthrough innovations to customers. Xalted has steadily transformed its product offerings, evolving from Revenue Maximization to Security Intelligence and Analytics solutions - benefiting in saving the world from crime and terrorism.

Prior to Xalted, Ajay headed the Asia operations for Incoda Corporation in India as Chief Operating Officer and OAZ Communications in the US as Chief Executive Officer. During the early years of his career, Ajay headed the communication unit at Rockwell International’s Semiconductor Division as Product Line Manager responsible for the communications business. Ajay commenced his career at Ricoh Corporation as a Senior Engineer.

Ajay holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Clemson University. He is an LLB and a BS in Physics from the Bombay University.
