After that, from 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Dy. Manager for Computers at Maharashtra State Co-op, Tribal Development Corporation (MSCTDC), where they acted as a Systems Analyst and handled EDP for MIS.

In 2000, Deepak joined Pentasoft Technologies as a Technical Consultant, where they handled Systems and Computer Networking and also imparted training in Java, Web Technologies, and Linux. In 2001, they worked as a Lecturer and Head of Computer Lab at KESNNP Engineering College, overseeing academic lecturing and setting up a networked computer lab.

From 2003 to 2007, Deepak served as a Sr. Systems Manager and Administrator at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, where they were responsible for systems setup, internet services setup, network development, and technical consultancy for academic staff and students.

In 2007, Deepak transitioned to Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they held various roles including Systems Architect, Sr. Systems Architect, Sr. Solutions Architect (Tech Office), and finally Chief Solutions Architect. In these roles, their work encompassed creating blueprints for new-age solutions and products, focusing on information, functional, and technology architecture, as well as data sciences, information retrieval, big data, and cloud.
