Rebecca Laramée

Rebecca Laramée has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rebecca began their career in 2011 at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, where they held various positions including Chair of the Board, Sr Organizational Development & Workforce Planning, and Human Resources Generalist. In 2017, they joined the Ontario Securities Commission as a member of the Human Resources department. In 2019, they became a Member of the Innovation Hub at Sinai Health System. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Xanadu. Throughout their career, Rebecca has displayed expertise in human resources, organizational development, workforce planning, and innovation.

Rebecca Laramée has a diverse education history. Rebecca began their educational journey at The Royal Conservatory of Music, where they studied classical piano. Rebecca achieved Repertoire Piano Grade 7 & Theory Level 1. Following this, they attended the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2010 and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree. Their major was in Biology and Physiology. Lastly, they completed a Post-Graduate Certificate program with a co-op option at Seneca College from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Human Resources.
