Elisa Steccaglia

Elisa Steccaglia started their career as an Intern in M&A and Corporate Lending at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in 2013. Elisa then moved to Omnes Capital in 2014, where they worked as an Investment Analyst and later as an Associate focusing on private equity deals in the energy sector. In 2021, Elisa joined XAnge as a Senior Associate before being promoted to Principal in 2022. At XAnge, they are involved in VC investments at the Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages.

Elisa Steccaglia completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Università Bocconi in 2011. Elisa then pursued their Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from 2011 to 2014 at the same university.
