Christine / Chris Heckart

Chris Heckart has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership and advisory roles. Currently, they serve as the CEO and Founder of Xapa, a company focused on addressing the mental health concerns of Millennial and GenZ workers. Chris is also a Board Member at SiTime, a technology company. Previously, they held positions such as Board of Directors at Contentful and Board of Advisors at Jugo. Notably, Chris served as the CEO of Scalyr, a data analytics platform acquired by SentinelOne, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at 6sense, a B2B analytics platform. They were also a Board Member at Lam Research, a Fortune 250 semiconductor company, and held an executive position at Cisco. Additionally, Chris has been involved with organizations such as Operator Collective and Next Generation Director's Academy, contributing to their mission in various capacities.

Chris Heckart attended Brighton High School in Brighton, Colorado from 1980 to 1984. After completing high school, Christine pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Christine / Chris studied at the university from 1984 to 1988. Recently, Christine obtained certification in Conscious Business Leadership Academy from BDO in December 2021.
