Akanksha Sharma is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Xapads Media since February 2021, Akanksha has been responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, post-joining processes, and organizational staffing strategies. Prior to this, Akanksha held positions as Manager of HR at MoMAGIC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Assistant HR Manager, focusing on recruitment and employee transition. Akanksha also gained valuable experience as a Sr. HR Executive at Access Technology India, where responsibilities included comprehensive hiring processes and enhancing workplace culture. Earlier experience as an Executive HRO at Shriram New Horizon involved implementing payroll systems and managing employee databases. Akanksha holds an MBA in HR from United College of Engineering and a B.COM from the University of Allahabad.
